Belle Apartments-Elegance Apartments

We were warmly greeted at the airport by Dragan, who helped with our luggage and made everything easy and convenient. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, same as in pictures, with plenty of blankets, big window with a city view and in a great location near 2 supermarkets, cafes and gym. 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes walk from the very center. The building also had a concierge, which was a nice bonus. We appreciated receiving an invoice promptly for our business trip.

There was an issue with water, but the host was very responsive and quickly resolved it

The room was more spacious than expected, the beds were really comfortable, excellent location. It has a small kitchen inside the wardrobe, which is useful. They provide an ironing board and an iron and a blow dryer.

They charge extra for cleaning (which it doesn't say anywhere ahead of booking), yet the room wasn't super clean. There's a reception at the entrance, and the guy is monitoring who comes and goes, so it feels like you're not having enough privacy. These blackout curtains only cover the window partially, so you can't block out sunlight for a mid-day nap. There was a single roll of toilet paper (already used halfway).

Apartment was clean and communication was very good. My daughter wanted spontaneous to join us and that was no trouble at all.
