Sava Centar 1-bedroom apartments in the heart of New Belgrade

Both appartments (we were 2 families) had everything you need when traveling with kids. Everything was very clean and there was a feeling of home, not just the apartment you rent. The host, Jovana, was one of the best hosts I have ever communicated with, she helped us with many things.

great apartments. but the biggest plus is the owner of the apartment Jovana. was always in touch. explained everything in detail upon check-in. gave video photo instructions. provided a beautiful comfortable and clean apartment for living. additionally provided everything for the bathroom and washing machine and kitchen. including oil drinks and coffee tea and sweets. one of the best housing options that we have encountered. the apartments themselves are located in a chic area with many trees squares and shops. in the summer it is very hot in the city. but the house is very comfortable due to the large amount of greenery on the shady side of the building and the presence of air conditioning. nearby two large grocery stores. there are separate grocery stores with vegetables fruits and dairy products. located not far from the Danube and a large park next to the river. ten minutes by car to the bus station and the same to the train station. very convenient location. thank you very much for your hospitality

Sve nam se svidjelo! Jovana je veoma gostoprimljiv i ljubazan domacin od koje smo dobili mnogu korisnih informacija. Stan je izuzetno dizajniran i boravak u njemu je bio veoma udoban i prijatan za nasu porodicu. Ima sve potrebne sadrzaje + ... kafa, caj, zestica, slatkisi za djecu... Lokacija je odlicna, ima dosta sadrzaja u okolini i dobro je povezana. Sve preporuke za ugodan boravak! :)

إقامتنا في الشقق كانت رائعة جدًا! الشقق نظيفة جدًا وموقعها ممتاز وقريب من السوبرماركت والمطاعم. استلمناها بشكل مرتب جدًا، وكانت صاحبتها رائعة وموفرة كل شيء نحتاجه، من شرح مفصل لكيفية استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية، فوط إضافية، فرش أسنان ومناديل. قدمت لنا ضيافة في الشقق كبسولات قهوة وشوكولاتة. كانت ودودة جدًا وعرضت علينا تساعدنا في دفع مواقف السيارات لتسهيل الأمور علينا. حسينا إنها أكثر من مجرد مؤجرة، واقترحت لنا أماكن سياحية ومطاعم حلوة، واستشرناها في بعض خططنا. تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة كان سهل جدًا بفضل تعليماتها الدقيقة قبل وصولنا. بصراحة تجربة ممتازة وننصح فيها بشدة! We had a fantastic stay in these apartments. They were extremely clean, and the location was excellent with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartments were handed over to us in really perfect condition and we were warmly welcomed in the apartments with coffee capsules and chocolates. The owner was very thoughtful, providing everything we needed, including detailed instructions on how to use the electronic appliances, extra towels, tooth brush and tissues. She was very friendly and even offered to help with parking payments to make the process easier for us. She was more than just a host as she suggested tourist spots and restaurants, and we consulted her on some of our plans. Check-in and check-out were very easy, thanks to the clear instructions she sent us before our arrival. Highly recommended!

Everything! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped (from basic equipment to chopsticks!) 🤯 Jovana (the owner) is incredibly helpful, super focused on her quests, full of helpful tips and info. Adorable! ✌️

Host is very friendly, and all instructions are very useful. Nice calm location in the center of the district. Apartments feels so homy and comfortable. Our stay was as perfect as it can be. :)

Amazing apartment right at the heart of Belgrade. It’s literal 5 minute walk to Sava Center (don’t get confused with google maps like I did it shows a different pin in the beginning of the street which is further from the center, the apartment is right next to it !) so it’s very convenient for conference trips. The host is an incredible young lady who went out of her way to accommodate us, she even helped up plan our sightseeing schedule and gave so much practical advice and suggestions. I cannot express how much this place is worth staying at. It’s gorgeous, spotless clean with the kindest host and a perfect location, literally nothing was missing here ! Don’t sleep on it guys it’s your Serbian home you’re searching for :)

I don’t have anything negative to say because the stay was perfect. The only issue encountered was that the shower drain was a bit slow to drain but that problem was resolved quickly and shouldn’t be an issue anymore.
