Appartement vraiment bien située à deux pas de La Place de la République de Belgrade.

Netter, entgegenkommender Vermieter, super schnelle und einfache Kommunikation. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist super, alles wichtige ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Apartment entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Ankunft hat es unheimlich nach Rauch gestunken. Obwohl wir zu 5. angemeldet waren, war lediglich Bettzeug & Handtücher für 4 Personen gerichtet. Im linken Schlafzimmer lies sich die Türe nicht schließen, da das Bett zu groß ist. Die Couch war sehr durchgelegen und zum Schlafen wenig komfortabel. Allgemein war ein eher beißender Geruch in der Wohnung, vor allem im Badezimmer und in der Küche (in der Ecke wo das Waschbecken ist). Es schien auch nicht wirklich sauber zu sein, in der Dusche und im Waschbecken lagen Haare, der Boden war dort auch noch dreckig. Die Couch hatte zudem mehrere weiße, kleine Flecken...

The host kept us waiting outside for 7 hours. The staff working in the shop downstairs felt sorry for us. When they called the host, he said, “You have already paid, so you must wait.” This place is not safe. The elevator is dirty, in terrible condition, and puts people’s lives at risk. The towels, which are supposed to be for guests, were dirty, and the entire apartment was unclean. We will file an official complaint with the Serbian Ministry of Culture. We booked this place through Booking.com, trusting them, and we will also file a complaint against them. We don’t want anyone else to experience what we went through. Do not stay here under any circumstances. Do not be fooled by the property’s location. The toilets were filthy, the entire place smelled bad, and you will be forced to wait at the door for hours. Additionally, the host did not answer our calls, but when the people from the shop downstairs called, he answered their phone. Afterwards, he stopped communicating again. These people are scammers. Booking.com should not be trusted.
