Nice location, walkable to St.Sava temple, mini mart, restaurants, nice quiet night

No elevator for whoever has big luggages must walk up to 3rd floor and get no help from landlord (I think maybe it's the culture). I have small carry on, I have no problem walking up myself. The kitchen area has some rice/dried food if you'd like to cook but has no clip/zip lock. It was opened and I see roaches. It's old building, pretty dark from main entrance walk all the way to the back into another building at night, so you should have flash light with you. While walking upstairs there's auto hallway light on. The A/C us pretty loud, so I opened the window instead for a while.

We are very satisfied with everything - a beautiful historical building in a top location next to the church of St. Sava, there is parking Slavia nearby if you are driving (you can pay by card or local dinars) There is a small grocery store next to the entrance of the building. There are bakeries nearby as well as pleasant bars and restaurants with a modern look. The host kept in touch with us via chat and welcomed us on time and very warmly. The apartment is wonderful, clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances, even essential products if you decide to cook. There was coffee and tea also kindly left by the host. There are clean towels and a hairdryer, as well as constant hot water, air conditioning, radiator, central heating. The feeling is like being at home! The combination of modern interior design with old city architecture is very pleasant and takes you in the spirit of Belgrade. The terrace is great for morning coffee with flowers and sun. Thank you very much and I'm glad I chose this place!!😊🙏 I totally recommend it!

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Belgrade. The owner is welcoming and the place itself quiet and functional.

The host told me only at the moment of check-in that they needed me to leave the place at 9.45 the day after, instead of the 11-12 mentioned in the booking. Also only mentioned at the moment of check-in that they would only accept cash. The double bed had only individual bedsheets that were left there for us to prepare it! Half of the electric plugs were not working.
