The place was amazing we all loved the terrace where we spent hours admiring the mountains and the neighborhood, the rooms were beautifully furnished, modern and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, we only had to buy food for our breakfast, where the hosts were so good to point out the local produce stores, where you could purchase fresh eggs, milk, butter, yogurt, honey, jams and fresh bread and lots more. The property also offered free passes to mountain lifts and guided hiking tours. The hosts were super friendly and cooperative. We were not at all bothered by the church bells.

Bedden van goede kwaliteit en het hele appartement: voldoende handdoeken, geen plastick bekers/borden/fijne douche en behulpzame eigenaren. Mooi gebied.

Er viel niets tegen. Om.de slaapkamer misschien nog iets donkerder te krijgen zou er aan de binnenkant nog een verduisteringsgordijn kunnen hangen want de electrische lamel aan de buitenkant laat wel licht door. Maar dat is ook het enige want ik slaap thuis in compleet donker!

The owner, Anni, lives next door and was on hand to welcome us when we arrived and show us how everything worked. The apartment was well-furnished, the bed comfortable, the shower generous, with plenty of hot water. The sound-proofing was excellent; with the door to the balcony closed we could hear no noise from anywhere, including the toilet room in the middle of the apartment. If we had a query, Anni was quick to help. There are several moderate walks which can be done from the door.

It would have been helpful to have had more information provided about the local area such as a map, information about local walks and bus timetables. These are available online and in the information office in Imst, but it takes time to find them. Although it did not bother me (155cm height) to any great extent, my husband (180cm) found the beams and much of the ceiling uncomfortably low. The toiletries provided are limited to hand wash and only in the bathroom. No soap is provided in the toilet.

The house is super nice, clean and tidy with a great balcony. The host is really friendly and greets you when you enter the place. Each room is a master room with WC and Bathroom.

Our 2 night stay at Kiechls Homebase was just perfect. First of all, the communication with Bernd & his mother Ani who lives behind the apartment was really lovely. They gave clear information and Ani was super welcoming. The arrival is smooth as you have a large parking spot right next to the apartment and PIN code to enter the main door and apartment door. We stayed at apartment zwei on the 1st floor. It was super spacious, with two bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms which were super clean. The kitchen is also well equipped and there is a large sofa and tv in every room. What we loved the most was the terrace, where we could eat and also chill on the lounge even when there was a thunder storm. It has a nice view on the mountains and the cute church. The location is also great, close the Fernnpass. It’s in a small town but there is a shop and gass station of shell really closeby. We would highly recommend the apartment and would come back if going to the same region.

Nothing. One tip could be to add a flyscreen so you can leave the window in the living room open without insects entering.

The apartments are modern and look brand new. The beds are extremely comfortable and big. The apartments are equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They really care about providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for their guests. They even made us some apple cake during our stay and left us some local beer in the fridge when we arrived. They provide very helpful information about local attractions. They kitchen has all the appliances you could possibly imagine - coffe machine, milk foamer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, etc. It’s really well thought through. It is very warm in the apartments, the furniture is lovely, every room has a smart TV. There is also a separate room on entrance for ski equipment with heated rails. Convenient private parking in front of the house for multiple cars. The bathrooms are very big with good water pressure and loads of towels. There are also some shops and restaurants within short walking distance.I would definitely recommend. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave! The pictures don’t do this place enough justice.
