Willow Studio

Clean, smart and everything we needed for our stay. Communication was awesome and only a 25 minute walk into Ironbridge.

The Studio is excellent, has everything you need for a short stay. All the equipment works and is of good quality. We met the manager and housekeeper who are friendly and welcoming. Definitely come again. The Indian restaurant about 3 mins walk is superb as is the Woodbridge Inn a 5 min drive away.

Good location, nice little studio apartment and good parking

The bed mattress and pillows are horrendous to try and sleep in. Had to use all four Pillows as they all lay flat as soon as you lay your head in them, ( no good if two people staying) and the mattress has dips and lumps and big dips to the sides, so didn't sleep the first night which wasn't good as I'd travelled almost five hours and the following day was on a course for 9 hours with exams at the end which was made harder by lack of comfort and sleep. The towels are like sand paper and there is a really bad smell coming from either the kitchen hot tap or the kitchen sink waste when the hot tap is ran. There is also a analogue electric meter in the kitchen cupboard that makes a whirring and clunking noise every few minutes and I had the fan on and could still hear it. I booked for a two night stay but left after the first night and stayed somewhere else which was a shame as the actaul place would of been nice if not for the faults.

Has everything you need, for a studio it’s a good size and has a good space to side of bed so can sit down and not have to just be on the bed. Good information pack which we used to locate the nearest chip shop which was lovely . Has proper glasses for drinks. Loved the decoration.

Not that I didn’t like it, but was only one comfy pink chair around the table near the window and one hard like fold away chair . Would of been good to have 2 comfy chairs as we liked sitting at the table having a drink with the natural light from the window was relaxing. Also I understand the room is hard to work with but if the tv could possibly be positioned lower down , as it’s really high up and is really small. But all in all very impressed 🙂

Great communication from Laura the owner , she has a fantastic little business , the studio was perfect for our needs close to all the major attractions in the area , Lorna the caretaker was also very friendly and helpful .

Comfortable bed , cleanliness and well equipped kitchen as discribed . Communication from start to finish was excellent. Very clear directions for finding the studio.

Lighting in the bathroom could be better. The stairs were no problem for us but as steep could be a issue with some.

No breakfast. Excellent location

Floors a little creaky and shower( as they always do) took a little time to work out

The location was fine.

Didn't realise there wasn't a hob, which would have been very useful. Also no bread bin.
