The location is excellent, the apartment is new and comfortable, and it provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated that everything was very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, the pool can only be used in the presence of the owner, which was not clear from the property description. Although the owner showed willingness to accommodate us (we gave his name to the pool reception), the rules were strict in our case, and we couldn't use the pool without his presence. It would have been better if this precise information had been available before our arrival because it is unrealistic to expect the owner to be present with guests during every swim. I believe the owner should remove the pool pictures from the listing; otherwise, it is misleading.
