Your ONE and ONLY

The host was waiting for us in the apartment, I think we never had such a nice welcome before :) Plus our flight was delayed for 3 hours, so she was really flexible with us. She recommended great places, helped us to get around the city. The location of the accommodation is excellent, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The facilities of the apartment met all our needs and we really enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend!

Great option for accomodation in Belgrade. Apartment is placed nearby main sightseeing attractions (e.g. 10 minutes by walk from main street Kneza Mihailova), so we weren’t using even the public transport. The host is the kindest and the most helpful I met during my trips. Marina provided a lot of useful tips - about transport to the airport, best restaurants, museums, planning the sightseeing (especially we are grateful for the best cevapcici in Cevabdzinica Savcic). The next advantage was possibility of earlier check-in. We could enter the apartment about 12/12:30 AM, so we can go there directly from airport. I can recommend the apartment in 100%.

No disadvantages

Marina is an astonishingly attentive host. She speaks and writes excellent English and will do everything she can to ensure your trip is hassle free. She helped me work out how to arrive from the airport, and helped book a taxi for the return journey. I am certain she'd have shared lots more tips if needed. Her flat is close to the things you'll be keen to see, and a short walk to Kalemegdan. The property gives you easy access to the centre without paying for fancy hotel rooms. If you have a modicum of initiative, and value your independence, I can't think why you would go elsewhere. (Unless you've got money to burn, or can't live without a spa...)

I have no complaints, and would happily return.

The host, Marina, was really nice and welcoming. On a positive note, she was available at every opportunity and gave us many great suggestions on what to visit and daily events. The apartment is new, clean, neat, nice and perfectly located, not far from the pedestrian area and Belgrade Fortress or from the brand new Waterfront. In the kitchen the cookware was more than sufficient and was new. The toiletries were plentiful and also the towels plentiful and impeccably clean. The excellent condition of the apartment and the kindness of the host ensured that we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Marina!

The building does not have an elevator (but this is clearly specified in the apartment description) and this may be a problem for some guests. It involves walking up a couple of floors, which was fine with us.

1. Marina was the best host ever. We arrived late at night. She made sure we were charged the right price by the taxi. Even though it was very late when we arrived Marina met us at the apartment to show us around and explain things to us .She then spent ages explaining to our children on a map where we should visit while we were in Belgrade. So patient. So thoughtful. 2. Apartment is fabulous. Had a NYC apartment or Parisian apartment vibe about it. 3. Very central. Walking distance to most places of interest in Belgrade. Very close to bus and tram stops. 4. Spotlessly clean. 5. Double bed and 2 singles. Lots of room. 6. Everything you need in the kitchen. 7. AC works brilliantly. 8. Very quiet. Got a great sleep after a long day travelling. 9. Very good value. 10. Felt like we were staying in an apartment belonging to a family friend who had kindly let us stay in their apartment. So homely. 11. Have recommended Marina's apartment to family and friends. 12. If Marina had an apartment like this in other cities that's where we would stay.

The place was pretty good. Owner is also fantastic. Very friendly, good and positive.

Everything was okay.

Ms. Marina and her cousin Nenad were extremly kind and hospitable... i mean, it was very hot those days and Nenad had turned the A/C on several hours before we got there, so it would be cool and nice. How's that for taking care of customers? The apartment is at a perfect location (lot of historic and sites of interest are in a walking distance), very clean and comfortable and fully equipped.

Thanks to Marina for such a beautiful apartment. Good location, very clean, there are several air conditioners and everything you need to stay. Marina showed on the map and told how and where to spend time. We will certainly advise this place to our friends!
