Excellent location. Ample heating and ventilation. No problems staying warm and snow gear dried over night easily. The heated floor was amazing, Good size flat with plenty of room. There was clothes washer/dryer with washing powder supplied. Very responsive and helpful to queries once checked in

The property shows as pay later on Booking.com but you actually have to pay to confirm the booking. And the cancellation/change policy is very strict. They don’t like to take calls regarding the booking and will message saying too busy don’t bother calling. The parking was an issue for me as a single parent of 3 kids. Having to park down the road when it’s cold and raining. A clothes rack to dry laundry would be very handy.

It was available That’s the only reason we booked it.

Overpriced does not adequately describe how much of a rip off this place is. In any other location in Australia the granny flat would struggle to get $150 per night. Sadly this is the rip off that is Thredbo

Location was good and sauna was handy.

Television in bedroom had no remote control so unable to use. Television in main living are worked for one night on free to air then after that had no signal. I checked the antenna connection it didn’t fix it. The panel on the front of the dish washer was falling off and then when using the shower the water would go cold after only a short period of time.

handheld shower head needs replacing immediately, queen bed mattress needs replacing(very uncomfortable), why don’t you wash the doona covers and provide linen included for the price! heating is constant temp and was too high, no parking on street, exit sign visible through door in bedroom creating light, cleaners for surrounding apartments were there from 9am taking all the loading bays, why is there a washing machine if you can’t use it

Excellent location

De-humidifiers running 24HR per day including in bedroom made it noisy and a damp smell in the air. BYO fitted and top sheet. The remaining bed linen including doona & mattress covers are not washed between stays. The advertised sofa bed was a 1960s mattress that should be binned. I don’t know how someone could be expected to sleep on it. This accomodation sets a new low standard for accomodation in the Australian alps while charging rates 2-3 times higher than other world class resorts like Whistler.

Good location, very clean.

Toilet space is a bit small.
