Beautiful 2-bed Apartment on Torquay seafront

The appartement was clean the location was perfect good and beautiful view very close to the beach and city center the landlord was very understanding polite and helpful they let us check out later up to 11:30 with the help of the cleaner who agreed to the time thanks everyone we really enjoyed our stay we will be back as soon as we have the opportunity thanks a lots again

Comfortable & quiet

The whole apartment in my opinion was a fantastic base for us to stay for our week long holiday in this beautiful part of the country. Last time we visited the area was 3 years ago during the pandemic and we stayed in a Premier Inn in Paignton, which was still good but staying in this apartment was so much better. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven/ hob, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. Everything you could want was available, which was great. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for our clothes. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with a toilet, bath with shower and there was a second toilet in the apartment with a walk-in shower. Brilliant having two toilets when staying with kids. The apartment is on the main road between Torquay and Paignton, which is really busy most of the time but the traffic noise this didn’t bother us in the slightest as we were out and about every day during our stay. We purchased bus passes for the week and with the bus stops only a short distance away from the apartment, we thought this was a great way of exploring the area. Torquay in one direction and Paignton, Goodrington & Brixham in the other. Buses in both directions are very frequent, so you don’t need to wait long. Car parking was free, so the car was parked up for the week while we were jumping on and off the buses. Overall we had a great stay in a lovely apartment. Oh and it has a sea view too.

The property is right next to a railway line and with the window open it took a bit of getting use too with the trains going past at 6 in the morning. This is only a slight negative because the property is an excellent place to stay with a family.

Location was good to get out and go about the place. Property was clean and all the items were well thought of.

The internet was a bit choppy and TV was a bit old school so having kids around could be a challenge.

We loved the freedom of having all the family together, The apartment was absolutely lovely and fully equipped with everything a family needs, The apartment was just a little out of town but still close enough if we wanted to walk in. My granddaughter loved going out on the

Even though I really enjoyed the zoo and the woodlands theme park they were both really hilly and the zoo's paddocks were all overgrown and most of them had no animals which was disappointing.

Great view, location not bad. Kitchen was very well equipped

Single beds were a little too firm for our liking. Road is very busy and crossing it was difficult for my parents as roadworks meant no central refuge. Worst was the building or railway contractors working all through the night with drills, saws, music etc but that is not the building or owners fault.

Lovely, bright, clean and luxurious. 15 minutes walk to the beach and a sea view. Easy parking. Plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen.

Only minor niggle was the WiFi was slow, which meant we had to rely on 4g for the kids.
