Central location just 100mts from the beach, 3 rooms, well equipped apartment, easy check in

The location was ideal. Our host's communication was excellent. He was extremely informative and we felt that had there been any issues he would have sorted them, no problem. Fortunately there were no issues. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was sclean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Apartment sleeps up to 6 So could do with more sets of keys

The apartment is an ideal location for staying in the old town area of Benidorm. It is located in a quiet street, 5 mins from the seafront. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Three of us stayed in the apartment, and all of the bedrooms were more than suitable. I will definitely book this apartment again.

Excellent central location, very helpful hosts. Spacious bedrooms. Francisco and Maria were very helpful staff. Maria kindly drove us to a parking area as the nominated parking space was not available. She also returned us there when we finally left the property. This was extremely helpful and for which we were very grateful. Francisco also alerted us to the fact that I had inadvertently left the lights on to our hire car. He walked to our property, collected the keys and turned the lights off to the car, preventing potential difficulties for us when we returned to it four days later. Again we were both very grateful for his assistance which I am sure was an inconvenience to him .

The lock on the front entrance door of the building was extremely difficult to open and the keys supplied were slightly bent. The hot air conditioning system (despite using the remote control) did not in our opinion heat up the apartment sufficiently in the week we were there, which was cold. This obviously won’t be a problem in the summer.

Location was right in the middle of Old Town and perfect for the beach, shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for 5 adults and the apartment was spotlessly clean. There were quite a few noisy neighbours at night but solved with a decent pair of ear plugs.

If more than 2 people want a shower in the morning be prepared for it to be cold!
