Nice and clean, top quality utilities. They provided a cot bed for our toddler and it had thick and apparently comfy mattress, LO slept very well. The area was quiet, although it was central enough. All you hear is a waterfall like sound from the canal just downstairs which gives also a white noise effect I believe. There was also very nice book/activity shop for small kids. It’s a lovely quarter. We had all we needed at the flat.

The price, however this is how the market is so it’s not a fault of this particular property…
