SAN LORENZO UNO Apartment Benidorm Old Town near Mal Pas & Poniente Beach

The apartment and location.The apartment is bright, spacious and clean.The beach is just around the corner.

Fantastic location for everything. We had everything we needed and the host was great, responding to any questions straight away

The location was fantastic smack bang in the middle of the old town, however with this comes a lot of noise and I'm a very light sleeper. Take ear plugs and you will be fine. I would stay there again. A proper ironing board would be great as the one at the apartment was very small and is to be used on a table however there were no plugs near the table so we had to use it on the floor

Travelled out with some work colleagues for a long weekend, the location was perfect, it was bang in the centre of old town, just a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect!

This place is ideal for the Old Town yet a brisk walk to the strip. One minute from Yellow Submarine and the Vincent pub. Perfect home from home

Just to nitpick, the toilet seat moved slightly. 🤷‍♀️

The apartment is in absolutely the best location if you are wanting to be bang smack in the middle of Benidorm. It is ten yards off the main pedestrian street and a two minute walk from Tapas Alley. Despite being so central there wasn't much noise at night at all. The apartment's location is fantastic for all three beaches, all being within a five minute stroll. Ok, if you are expecting the Ritz 5 star facilities then San Lorenzo 1 isn't for you but if you want a spotlessly clean apartment with super comfy beds and a brilliant shower, adequate facilities for basic cooking (hob, microwave, fridge freezer and kettle) this place takes some beating! There's a washing machine if you need it, free digital safe safe and really good free wi-fi which you only usually find in accommodation double the price. Again because of it's brilliant location our transfer drop off was literally 100 yards away (5 minutes) outside Hotel Montemar, all pretty much on the flat so easy with wheelie bags or cases. There is a fantastic cafe just opposite the apartment and a supermarket next door to that. A chippy around the corner if that's what you fancy but the selection of top notch restaurants all at really reasonable prices are literally on your door step. Another bonus point is that you are supplied with two sets of keys which makes life easy if anyone wants to go home early for whatever reason. If we return to Benidorm then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook San Lorenzo 1, it's great!

To be fair there's not much to not like! My wife thought that the hairdryer supplied needed a bit more heat but that really is nit picking. If you aren't good with stairs then because the apartment is on the first floor above a shop there are three sets of steps inside the front door up to the apartment (there is a landing between each set) I could see that may be an issue but no problem for most but something to consider if you are a bit infirm.
