I liked the location and the breakfast was nice addition. The appartment itself was nice and very clean. Also quiet neighbourhood and guiet neighbourgs. The appartment accomodates 4 people only if they are willing to share beds. At the time of our stay, there iwas one large bed in the bedroom and one foldable coutch ( suitable for 2 persons) in the open kitchen area. Overall pleasant experience.

I did not ilke that the appartment did not have any cutleries (spoons, forks etc) or they were well hidden. There was a washing machine, that would have been super nice,,especially for longer stay with kids, but no dryier. We asked for an extra blanket and sort of agreed with the Owner that it was possible to have it, but it never arrived while we were there. Communication with the properiy over the Booking App was a bit complicated, slow answers and somewhat different from the responses in whatsupp. Seemed like two different people were handeling different channels. Just confusing.

Appartamento nuovo e centrale. Posizione ottima per girare il centro storico a piedi. Apprezzati i cuscini in lattice

Avrei gradito maggiore attenzione per le pulizie dei sanitari e della doccia e doccino, oltre che del balcone. Entrando si sentiva un forte odore di naftalina. Al telecomando mancava la copertura delle pile ed era molto difficile farlo funzionare e cambiare canale. Inoltre, la stanza non è per niente insonorizzata, la mattina si sentiva il vicino fare la doccia e usare il bagno, per non parlare dello scaldabagno di fianco al letto che fa rumore.

Diciamo che il personale delle pulizie può evitare di bussare a tutte le porte appena arrivano, oltretutto molto prima del check out.
