Lovely area close to the old town.

The skirting boards a good few were missing

Pool was very private.

Apartment too far from old & new town,had to get a taxi. No local shops. Pool needed to be cleaned of debris, (Insects , foliage). TV difficult to operate. limited stations

The 2-bedroomed apartment provide our family with a very relaxing holiday and the opportunity to be within a 1-minute walk to our other family members housed in the hotel opposite. The owners met us to hand over keys and to show us around the apartment, they were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, they went above and beyond with their services, very approachable at all times, nothing was an issue. Some excellent local information was given on arrival concerning the local amenities, sites to visit and transport links. The key hand back was an easy process. The 2-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable with superb air con, a very well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom with walk-in shower, and a small balcony which we used daily. The pool although small suited our needs, even in high season it was not too busy, we often had the pool to ourselves. The apartment was in a great location, near to the centre of Benidorm approx. 10 mins walk downhill and an easy walk to great cheap transport links to travel further afield. The area was surrounded by some fantastic hiking trails which we took full advantage of. The only downside was the uphill climb on returning from the centre, although it does have a cheap local bus and plenty of taxis to use, not sure on prices as we walked everywhere. We as a family would highly recommend these apartments and have already booked a return holiday.

Only the uphill walk from the centre of town back to our apartment proved challenging for the younger family members

Apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. Staff were so lovely on arrival. Lovely swimming pool and always clean and tidy. Was good no buildings when sitting on balcony and was so quiet

Hill up to appartment, not a lot of utensils in appartment, only one towel each..socket in kitchen broken was needed, light not working in kitchen flickering..oven knobs broken, iron lead all taped up..workmen came in to clean bathroom filters, pity they didnt clean up mess they left dust dirt all over the floor..not our job clean that up !?? Reported socket on first day said it would be fixed? still waiting. we had a good time but fix whats wrong in appartment its unfair to pay then not have what you pay for..one large pot to make dinner? not possible!! very strange. oh yeah shower needs fixed aswell head faulty..Nice hosts but embarrassing when you report things and they dont get fixed. and as for getting workmen in when your on holiday and they leave that mess. mind boggling.

Everything was great

The only thing we struggled with was the hill it is ok walking back down but not good for people who have young kids. If you dont mind paying for taxis then its an amazing place to stay

Quiet, with only a few apts, therefor the pool area was always quiet. Often found I had the pool to myself all day.

The walk into town was ok, all downhill. but coming back quite a hike. Not really a problem as taxis were readily available and cheap (5 - 7 euros)
