Location was pretty good and in walking distance to major highlights. The apartment was very spacious for two people. Large fridge and kitchen suitable for longer stay. The staff were nice and communicated very well.

The AC was a bit weak, fortunately the apartment is located in inner courtyard so it doesnt get too hot. The kettle is not in the kitchen and we missed it a lot.

The apartment is located very close to the train station and the city center. The staff is always available, and they arranged a late check-in for us. Everything is well thought out and comfortable. The only comment is that there is a washing machine, but there were no laundry capsules. At least 3-4 capsules would be nice.

Cental location, cleanliness, good climate during hot days.

Pillows could have better quality or provide more types for guests. Price is a bit high for the size of the apartment.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—right in the city center, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Within walking distance to the Trieste train station, and many restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. Could not hear street noise.

The chairs at dining table were wobbly, giving the feeling they could fall apart. The chair at the kitchen table were good & sturdy.

Staff, location and ease of checkin checkout

There were stairs to reach the apartment, made it difficult with baby stroller. Also not suitable for people with movement challenges. There is no ramp or lift.

Online check-in was a NIGHTMARE! Took me 90 mins/2 hours having to try to upload passport photos and input information again and again! 10.00 check-out is always too early. No kettle! Rubbish requirements on check-out unacceptable (that's your job).

The apartment was located in the center of the city. It was clean and well organised. The staff were extremely helpful and we did enjoy out stay up till the incident….

The neighbours next door were extremely noisy. At 12 oclock on Saturday night sunday morning a man was roaring on the phone which you could hear clearly from the apartment which ment little sleep. This continued all day Sunday and got worse as the man and his friends drank alcohol. In the morning the apartment across was clearly an office and yet again a woman screaming down the phone. We left 2 days earlier than planned as we could take no more of both parties noise levels….. Would suggest ear plugs or ear phones ….. Also If you’re not a smoker close the windows and doors as neighbours are smoking cigarettes iright outside window and it lingers in the air into the apartment.

Great location

It could be cleaner. There was no coffee machine/press, no kettle not even a tiny pot. Only old burnt espresso machine. Also no iron. You pay for cleaning however you need to take the trash and throw it away your self. No trashbins nearby. It was super cold even having a/c on heating regime. Stuff informed us that will be available (on phone) until we arrive and enter the apartment, which was not the truth.
