Die Dusche ist sehr eng und der Parkplatz wahnsinnig klein, also mit einem Mazda 2 war es echt knapp.

Appartamento perfetto con tutto ciò che serve, dispone di un posto auto nel condominio, comodissimo. Si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal borgo Teresiano ed è anche servito da mezzi pubblici. Piccoli supermercati nelle vicinanze. Il Signor Lucio è gentilissimo e super disponibile, fornisce istruzioni molto precise prima dell'arrivo

Excellent Location and Modern Comfort. The apartment is situated in a prime location within walking distance of the city center. It is housed in a beautiful, modern building and features a secure underground garage, which is a significant advantage. The interior is exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is particularly comfortable, and the air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Conveniently, both Lidl and Aldi are just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a charming coffee shop right on the corner. The apartment exceeded expectations and looks even better in person than in the photos. Highly recommended.

Minor Suggestions for Improvement While the overall experience was excellent, there are a few minor points worth mentioning—more as suggestions than criticisms, as the apartment is already great. Internet Speed: The connection was stable but somewhat slow. While I understand internet access may not be the primary reason for staying, I did need to attend a few online meetings, and the speed wasn't ideal for that. However, for general browsing and everyday use, it was sufficient. Guest Instructions: The check-in instructions could be simplified and provided solely in English. Although the host kindly translated the directions into my native language, the result was a bit confusing. In reality, the process was very straightforward, so a clear and concise English version would likely be more effective. That said, when I reached out for clarification, the host was very responsive and helpful, and we had no trouble getting in. These are just small observations and did not detract from an otherwise very positive experience.

The house is in super good condition, it has everything I needed and was in a very quiet area. The best for me was the parking site in the underground floor of the building, with an elevator directly to the apartment floor. The owner is also attentive and helped when needed
