Excellent location, quiet, in a nice building and a short walk to lovely neighbourhoods.

Bed could be comfier.

Geräumige Wohnung im Stadtzentrum, fußläufig zum Hafen. Die Vermietungsagentur hat schnell auf unsere Beschwerden reagiert.

Die Küchenausstattung war miserabel und das Vorhandene zusammengewürfelt.

Great location on a quiet street, with plenty of free parking nearby. Attractions are just a 10–15 minute walk, and the waterfront is only 5 minutes away. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, all appliances work perfectly. The living room is comfortable, the house is quiet, and the neighbors don’t make any noise. Bathroom is in excellent condition; the shower is a bit small, but that’s the only minor issue. Fresh bed linen and towels provided, all spotless. There is a separate laundry room with a brand-new washing machine. You can dry your clothes right there, or in a charming Italian way — on a line outside the window, which feels very vintage. Food lovers will find a wide choice of cafés and restaurants just 7–10 minutes away. For those who prefer cooking at home, there’s a Eurospin only 5 minutes away and a Lidl about 6 minutes from the apartment.

Overall, there’s nothing major to complain about. Personally, I would have preferred air conditioning in every room, not just in the hallway. The bed in the master bedroom is quite old and squeaky — it creaked a lot even with small movements during sleep.

Only thing that was missing is the flatiron. And maybe you should consider changing the madrace in the main bedroom. Everything else was great.

The location and spacious

The mattresses were not comfortable, the double bed was very creaky making noise every time you moved, the lighting was bad, the shower cabin too small and the shower head wobbly. The dishes were sticky and no kitchen towels or matches available.
