Meilbo Tromsø

We loved this warm and cozy, well-appointed apartment and felt very much at home during our eight-night stay. We enjoyed cooking many of our meals in the kitchen and we were able to relax in the comfortable sitting area. The apartment was really well located, close to a bus stop and walking distance from all the shops, cafes and restaurants in Tromsø city. Communication with the host was great and there were clear instructions provided for everything, including how to sort waste!

We wish we could have extended our stay, but there was already another booking!

This flat is super, super, super WONDERFUL! I love everything about it, it's warm and cosy, like having a temporary home in Tromsø! It was exactly what I needed! The flat was also incredibly warm and cosy. I loved how the small heating box made the flat feel extra warm. It was great to come back to the flat after a long day outside in the cold and immediately feel comfortable. The flat had very many supplies, including a TV with a laptop attached, a small stereo, laundry detergent, and delicate little cups. I also appreciated the spices and cooking utensils that were available for us to use. It made us feel at home when we cooked in the flat. It was really convenient that we had everything we needed to prepare a meal instead of having to buy everything from scratch. Finally, I would like to commend the landlord for his patience and friendliness. The landlord was always available to answer any questions we had and responded quickly to any issues that arose during our stay. It was really reassuring to know that if we needed anything, we could just send a message and get help. Overall, I had a fantastic experience in this flat. Everything from the coffee machine to the small heater was well thought out to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Your patience and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place to stay.

A very comfortable little apartment. It is very well setup to self cater when required with great kitchen facilities plus lots of little extras to save buying some of the basics. A comfy couch and well heated so while the weather was very cold during our stay we were very comfortable. Location is just up from the Polar Museum and a short easy walk to Main Street/shopping/dining. Our hosts were fabulous with great communication. If arriving by bus from the airport, the best stop is Skippergata.

Just be aware that apartment is small so you have to juggle a bit to fit larger bags, but not really an issue if you read the description properly before booking.
