Aspa Victoria

The property was close to the beach, allowing me and my family to had a nice morning chat when we went there instead of having a thirty minute walk or a bus. It was also very close to some good restaurants. We also had a luxurious breakfast that was enough to feed us for lunchtime too, the people were kind and even gave us a welcome gift (bottle of wine, two coca drinks, one Fanta and two water bottles)!

The accommodation was extremely clean, pleasant staff.

No complaints, WiFi was a bit weak but it’s normal in that side of the island.

The owner Chrisa is an absolute lovely lady, when we first checked in, the apartment (which was in the main building) wasn't to our liking, although it had 2 spacy bedrooms, the kitchen/dining area was small and wouldn't fit my family, Chrisa offered us an alternative in the new building across the street "KT Villa" which was more expensive but didn't charge us any additional. The new apartment was luxurious, it had 2 big bedrooms with super comfortable king size beds, 2 showers and a big kitchen, living and dining area all very nicely decorated and finished to a very high standard, the terrace outside was lovely in the morning and afternoon to chill after the beach. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, very generous amount of food with traditional Greek pies, tasty smoothies and a good selection of sweet treats. Location was ideal, plenty of beaches and nice restaurants nearby, Skiathos town was a 15mins drive as well. The whole family LOVED our stay and we would absolutely come back again. Great location, Chrissa and family were lovely and always around if you needed them . The apartment was very clean, comfy bed ,always plenty of hot water and good air con . Plenty of nice restaurants close by and an excellent base for those that like to get out and explore .

The room was on the side of the house, the entrance from the garden on the ground floor, I had the feeling that I lived in a garage or basement. Dark room, I didn't like it. Weird breakfast brought to the room. We had to eat outside because there was only a table there.

Very comfortable place. road to the beach is around 10 mins, but you will take very beautiful village rote, so it really make sense. there is a grill, which I used every second day. household is perfect, since you they provide everything you want. highly recommended

lovely hosts and apartments, we have stayed here numerous times over the years, always a warm welcome! very clean and spacious, plenty of wardrobe space and amenities in the apartments. Ideal place to stay!
