MIRADOR Poniente beach apartments

The property was spacious, clean and had a laundry.

Access was very difficult, and car parking super difficult. Hard to find, and hard to pick up the keys. Basically no sea views, don't be fooled by the location. There is a little park in front of the property. Of and by itself, it was fine during the day but blocked the views. At night, many many cats came out, which was weird, and their was usually one or 2 dodgy guys hanging around in the late evening upon my return.

bathroom doors neither locked nor closed properly giving privacy issues. there was a small park area to the front which you have to walk through to get to the seafront. it is literally home to dozens of feral cats which made it unpleasant for us and our dog. it is on a long one-way loop (1.5 miles) and it is difficult to find. if you accidentally drive past it, you have to do the loop again.

fabulous apartment right across the road from the beach. it had everything you could need. it was a taxi ride away from the town center but plenty of bars and cafes a short walk away.

The pool wasn’t filled unfortunately while we were there but the beach was just across the road.

The location was close to the beach and there was a swimming pool for the whole building. The airconditioning worked perfect. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The beds, the sofabank, the kitchentable and some chairs need to be replaced as they are uncomfortable. Although we knew there was no WiFi, it would be good if this could be arranged. The cleanliness of the apartment, beds, towels, glasses etc could be improved. If neighbours are talking loud you can hear it through the walls.
