"Dirty and disgusting would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone"

I found nothing good about the property, it was by a motorcycle rank so I had bikes starting up all times of the night, and I had a building site right outside

Nothing to be honest it was dirty shower leaked everywhere and I had no Wi-Fi , what was worse is they asked for a £150 deposit when I got there which I knew nothing about and I never budged for that,

"Building site opposite ruined our experience of benidorm"

The room was adequate in size bonus of washing machine

The building site outside the window was working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week should have been highlighted before booking, the patio doors did not lock, to give a secure seal against the noise, the utensils were rusty in the cupboards, had to sweep and mop the floors on arrival, the dust from the building site made it impossible to use balcony or open the doors

Close to the beach and everything else.

Was very dirty , no staff to see and nothing to make u feel welcome In 10 days of staying there nobody said anything 😔

The location was brilliant .there was building work going on .but we didn't mind it much we were there for 4 days and made the most of it . . .

The bed was very sqeekey and not very comfortable.. we could have more pillows and towels.

"Noise and poor beds"

close to the Old town.

The location was good but the surroundings poor. Its oposite a building site. noise from 0800 to 1800.The building works have been going on for months apparently. Yet i waa not informed. They look set to continue. be warned its noisy. the beds creek and the pillows are just awful. overall a bad deal @

"Fantastic location - one minute from everything including a great beach. Great for families"

Good location very near Poniente beach, bars, restaurants, shops and the Old Town. The meals and breakfast were good, better than I expected. Room has iron, ironing board, drying rack, mop etc. Beach has a lot of free play facilities for kids.

We didnt have much of a view but that is true of a lot of places. We were just one minute from the beach and shops etc. All in all, good valúe.
