Very central to beach restaurants

Quite small, didn’t have a big enough balcony to sit outside

The location is great. You have all the facilities near the flat. The air conditioning is great, wifi was available. All the electronic devices needed were available except the hairdryer! But on the other hand there was an umbrella in the flat which we could take to the beach.

There was no hairdryer. The flat was not perfectly clean, and they left only 1 tablet for the dishwasher. Only 2 small shower gels. We received only 2 toilet papers for 10 days and 4 people. I assume it may be better.

Very modern apartment. Fully fitted kitchen. Very clean.

Smell in onsuite. Couldn't find where the rubbish was disposed of. Had to take it out with us to find a way to dispose of it.

Lovely clean modern apartment with all the mod cons you would need. Manuel the host met us promptly at a time that suited us and was most helpful. This was the quietest apartment we have ever stayed in, not sound at night and we were so close to all the Benidorm restaurants and bars. Great aircon throughout the apartment and free fast wifi. Extra towels are provided. Short 5 min or less walk to Poinente beach restaurants shops etc up a slight hill.

There were a lot of fancy features in the apartment but a few basics were missing like pegs for the clothesline wine glasses ( cups and tumblers provided) and a drying cloth for the dishes. We didn't use enough dishes to put on the dishwasher . There is only a tiny balcony but not big enough to sit out on and it looks directly onto other apartments .

Not very welcoming staff Agency charged us for an extra cleaning without warning which was absolutely ridiculous !!! Awful smell in bathroom.

Had late check in but was in contact with host throughout and had no issues. Apartment in old town area which has fantastic tapa’s restaurants and nice shops. Beach is 5 minute walk, very clean. Hired sunbed and umbrella 6€ each for as long as you need during the day. Nice cafe close by called refuel for breakfast. Apartment is set in traditional old town narrow streets and doesn’t get sun so bedrooms were cool which suited us . Supermarket 2 minutes walk.

The apartment was very clean,.comfortable and had all the mod-cons It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants in the oldtown.

Unfortunately there was an issue a horrid smell from the ensuite bathroom, so bad I was awakened from my sleep, apparently there was an issue with the general street pipes and so this was an unavoidable discomfort. Also on 2 occasions the electricity tripped. Thankfully we did not have much food in the freezer however it did discourage us from using the cooker. There was building in the area which may have caused the problem and not the cooker.

Great location,very near Poniente beach ,nice clean modern apartment, comfortable beds . Helpful manager met us at the apartment.

Problem with drains / sewerage smell in en-suite, which were to be addressed after the Easter holiday . It didn't spoil our holiday, agent had informed us. The balcony has doors, but you can't sit outside.
