Big spacious apartment, great location with everything you need. 2 pools that was a bonus and both not busy.

Only one downside, air con only in living room and found it difficult to sleep. Fans in bedrooms but as the heat in Spain is above average atm, they just threw around hot air.

Modern clean & perfect location.

The location is amazing and views are incredible

The beds are like camp beds no fit for adults at all, they really do need invest in adult beds. No sun loungers or chairs by the pool. No hand soap, washing up liquid dishwasher tablets there is nothing.

the location was amazing, large veranda with comfortable seating

the air conditioning was not throughout, not adequate enough to make sleeping comfortable,it could have been a bit cleaner, the toilets were stained and ironing board rusted and broken. The outdoor seating was grubby and needs a good clean

Great location. Great size. Great rooftop swimming pool.

This property is not air conditioned throughout! It is only available in the lounge, the bedrooms only have ceiling fans and they are not as effective, my daughter had to sleep in the lounge for comfort. One of the bedroom fans broke when we were there and we couldn’t get anyone to come out to have a look at it, despite many messages and calls to both the local agent and owner. The kitchen only contained 2 knives for eating despite being advertised for 6 people and 4 mugs, 2 of which were badly cracked. These were subsequently replaced once reported but these things should be checked before rental. Throughout our stay we had several problems with the apartment but received no help to rectify them (keys stuck in lock, shower tray blocked, washing machine blocking bathroom door so that it wouldn’t open ) All of these caused much stress and a lot of time was taken up trying to sort things rather than enjoying our break. The owner needs to ensure that he employs a more reliable local agent who is on hand when problems occur and reflects the cost charged.
