Perfect central location and yet very quiet. Close to everything. Beautiful view over the Poniente beach. Everything is present in the apartment. Beautiful and helpful owner. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful little apartment with the most amazing views. Comfortable and in a great location in old town just a 1min walk to the castle. The view is stunning and would be hard to beat by any property in Benidorm. Isabelle is a great host who cares about her guests If she will have us we will be back

Location and view were excellent as was the cleanliness of the apartment.

Booking.com stated it was 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apt. It was not. Had 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom plus sleeping areas. Toilet door was very difficult to use. The bathroom was more like an en-suite to the bedroom. The bed was side on to the wall so couldn’t use bedside tables and plugs. Some of the sun chairs were broken and needed replacing. We were not offered luggage storage which was definitely needed due to the very late check in time. Would not return due to the late checkin time and no air conditioning.

What a beautiful lady the host was, always only a call away and very responsive at all times. We asked for early check in and she did her utmost to accomadate for which we were very greatful. The apartment was typically spanish in style with everything and more that we could possibly need. We treat this place like home from home as that is exactly the feeling the place gives you. Well now lets talk about the balcony, oh my word i could of lived out there. I dont think you could get a better view amywhere else. We overlooked the marina and the beach amd sat for hpurs watching the boats come in with a glass of wine 😂. The beach was literally a stone throw away and we found a set of steps that we used as a short cut coming out at the marina. Its a very peaceful relaxed place which was exactly what we were looking. There were fans in the rooms which we found adequate to keep cool on a night and a barbaque on the balcony for al fresco dining. We would highly rate this place, isabelle the host and value for money. We look forward to visiting again.

We were literally blown away by the view when we stepped out onto the balcony and took in the beach, the port and the entire Poniente bay laid out before us. The location was perfect. In the heart of the old town and all the restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the iconic Balcon Del Mediterraneo, but quiet and peaceful at night ensuring a good night's sleep. The owner was out of town during our stay, but went of her way to make sure we knew how to contact her should we need to to. She is a lovely person who was very helpful and eager to make sure our holiday was as hassle free and enjoyable as possible. We have been to Benidorm on several occasions and can honestly say this apartment has been our favourite by far. Yes, you may find a place with a swankier interior and a state of the art kitchen, but if you're after a compact, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a prime location, with a breathtaking view and, to top it all off, great value for money, you won't find better. We hope to return next year.

First day we arrived we went out left all our thing in the apartment returned at 7pm to find the door wouldn't open the lock had broken WhatsApp the owned who had us messing about with the lock for over a hr my husband who is joiner told her it was broken and we needed a locksmith eventually she agreed and two men turned up and messed with the door lock for over a hr then they said that they would have to go and would return at 10pm by this time me and myself and 3 children one have learning disabilities and autism we're sitting outside on the step with no money cash cards or passports as we had left them inside the apartment it was 32 degrees we had nothing to drink or eat and my husband heart medication and my autistic daughter were in the apartment we explained this to the owner who told us to ring for a ambulance and that the hospital would look after us .the 2 men never came back but the ower friend and another man came at 10 10 pm the friend brought us a bottle of water bottle of pop and a bag of crisps the man manged to get the door open at 10 25pm 3 and half hrs we had sat outside we were dripping wet hungry my autistic daughter was in such a state with heat she was now vomiting. After we manage to get in the man had to fit a new door lock and do is invoice it took him till 12 45 am the first evening of our holiday was ruined .second day we went shopping so we could cook for the children put the oven on only to find we couldn't get it on WhatsApp the owner only to be told that the.oven didn't work and that she had a micwave with a grill how in gods name do you mange to cook for 5 in a micwave this added extra cost to our holiday as we had to go out for meals there isn't even a toaster .

The view from this apartment is exceptional. Overlooks marina, and the beech is only a minute away. Facilities are excellent and situated within Old Town, surrounded by spanish restaurants, bars, and shops.
