Great location, nice apartment, friendly staff, great shower

No hairdryer and biggest one, NO TOASTER. This is a must have in any apartment. Complete darkness when leaving the lift meaning I couldn’t see to get Key in door and light switch is same as the doorbells! Confusing and not good if you’ve had a drink! Somebody above walking round in heels on the hard floor and whole apartment filled with strong garlic smell every afternoon from somebody cooking. I know these things can’t be helped though. There is also the potential to accidentally lock yourself outside the apartment on both the balcony or the hallway as the doors auto lock on close, so you have to be careful too.

Great location, in the old town, not far from the beahes, shops bars, tapas ally. All the facilities you need. Must mention the shower it's fantastic, blasts the sand off easily.

No sun terrace or balcony to sit out on. We did know this before we booked but would have preferred one if we had the choice

The apartment is perfect, recommend with all my heart. The location was unbeatable, close the the sea and city center yet very quiet at night. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Apartment is located in a center of Benidorm (old Town) however on a side street what makes this place perfect If you don’t like noisy places. Benidorm is pretty loud and busy around midnight and in this place you don’t have to worry about that :) Owners are very nice, helpful and reply very quickly If you have any questions. This place has all necessary appliances.

kitchen sink wrong place, no sink plug, no T. towels. very uncomfortable and noisy bed. no proper ironing board. building work going off everyday in next apartment.
