O local é muito bom, próximo aos lu gares mais badalados, Studio arrumadinho, banheiro novo, tinha todos os utensílios necessários para a cozinha, micro-ondas, forno elétrico.

O que mais pegou foi que o apt fica ao lado de um restaurante com música ao vivo a noite toda, então parece que a banda está dentro do apt, só dá pra dormir quando as atividades se encerram, pra nós que estávamos em família e minha mãe já de idade foi um grande inconveniente. A garagem é, na verdade um recuo da calçada e bem apertada, por ser um local movimentado tivemos algumas vezes o inconveniente de ter carros estacionados na frente (por ter uma imobiliária na parte de baixo, pensam que só funciona em horário comercial)
