"Avoid avoid. Check the check in date and don't book if your arriving around 10pm as you won't get in"

So I put a request in for check in after 10pm.it states that check in is only until 10pm but I presumed there was a key safe like most places. They didn't even refuse the arrival time just messaged as I was boarding the plane to say they would not be able to check me in. We sent a few messages and I asked for a refund. They refused to leave the key in the door and check in the previous morning after I even offered to pay because we would only be 15 mins after 10pm if that. They told me to cancel booking to receive a refund from there end whi h I did now they are ignoring all requests. I e had to put a claim in with PayPal hopefully I'll get my money back. Please read check in time properly as I didn't obviously but they knew my arrival time and didn't cancel my booking. I had to book another apartment and I lost out on £140. Hopefully PayPal give me my money back. CON ARTIST COMES TO MIND!!!!!!

Bad attitude of host and the fact they knew I'd be arriving after 10pm but didn't cancel my booking....im now down £140 because they wouldn't wait up to 15 mins and there was no key safe
