A relação custo/benefício. O fácil acesso ao comércio em geral (mercado, padaria, farmácia, etc) e praia do sapê.

Os utensílios de cozinha (as panelas são muito finas, a exceção das frigideiras, e sentimos falta de vasilhas plásticas com tampa).
