"O stúdio é bom, boa localização, mas há detalhes para melhorarque fariam diferença."

Colchão da cama muito desconfortável. Limpeza do banheiro feita só passado um pano. Limo no box e chão onde toma banho. Chão do studio marcado de pano de chão sujo. O fogão não ajuda para cozinhar, e falta muitos utensílios de cozinha. Acesso ao armário da cozinha acima muito alto e só tem cadeira frágil para subir. Ventilador de teto funcionando precariamente, e o exaustor do ventilador não está funcionando. Melhorias pequenas que fazem toda a diferença.

Cama. Fogão. Utensílios Cozinha. Limpeza banheiro.
