O AP é muito bom, o condomínio bem acessível, ótima localização, piscina excelente. O dono do AP muito gentil 0 problemas.

Ventilador fraco (poderia ter a o menos mais 1 ou 2), sofá cama não é muito confortável. Coxão da Beliche da cama de cima muito fino e ruim. Esses são detalhes, mas super indico o estabelecimento.
