Very friendly host, clean accommodation, Location is great. You can easily ride 20 min into the city Centre of Utrecht with a bicycle. Definitely a recommendation.

Everything was amazing, location, safe area, access to bicycles and entrance to a beautiful park. Kitchen well equipped, and host also offered to change our towels half way through the stay. Would definitely stay again! Everything was spot on and clean. Nice evening atmosphere with warm lighting and was just perfect! If I could, I would give it 11/10

"Never ever again"

nice and cozy eqiupped

very noisy without insulation and privacy you heard everything in the sleeping area with moaning, sighing, clearing your throat, snoring..., I didn't sleep for 2 nights. Never ever again
