OR Tambo Self Catering Apartments, The Willows

The apartment was very nice, very clean and our stay was very good. Close to the shops and main highways and felt really safe. Security was always friendly and help full.

Don't have anything to complain about

The flats was safe, with secure parking. It had all the necessary equipment and appliances and it was close to shops and restaurants

It was not the cleanest place, fridge needed some serious cleaning. Beds was not the most comfortable. We were also out of power for 2 days, which was not comfortable at all. wi fi was not the greatest, only had signal in living room. The showers pressure was next to none. When complained about the power outage, we were laughed at by the security and then received a message from host as if we were in the wrong, because we got frustrated when the security brushed it off an laughed at us. A bit disrespectful according to me. Also, the security gave us the wrong keys on day one and we had to drop off that night, while we went out for dinner.

Security handed me the keys as well as escorted me to the unit to check if I was comfortable and we settled in

So convenient and close to the airport. Very secure and neat! Size of the apartment was also very nice.
