I was only aware after I paid that there is no breakfast, but fair enough we went there knowing that there won't be breakfast

I think even if one chooses that they won't be eating breakfast BUT, earliest tea, coffee should be served. It so welcoming when you get a the place especially at night to have some coffee or tea even on the morning. It. will be upon people if they use it or not.

"the bed wasn't nice, the couches were dirty, we had to remove the mat, the tv was not working."

the shower was big, and the manager changed the shower head to another one that worked

the stuffyness of the place, the person cleaning just cleaned the lounge, she only mopped the lounge, the was no mop or broom in the flat, no cleaning liquid so we couldnt even wash up.
