Alessandra was a very kind and responsive host, she joined us at the house for check in, welcomed us into the house and gave us useful information for visiting the city. Two glasses of prosecco and water were waiting for us in the fridge. The spacious and recently renovated bathroom. The highlight is the charming hydromassage tub. Everything is absolutely perfect!! Thank you

The property was in a good location near the ferry and train station.

The shower and bathroom walls were full of mold and there was not air filter in the shower. Also the bathroom and shower were in one room making hard to use it.

Alessandra was an amazing host. She was warm and friendly and communicated consistently when we arrived, meeting us at the door of the apartment. She provided information on the area and was always available to answer any questions we had. I had informed her in advance that my wife was gluten-intolerant, and she made advance inquiries on which restaurants would best meet my wife's needs and even booked the reservations for us. The overall space was very comfortable and we appreciated the use of the kitchen. There is also a market just down the street to purchase supplies.

It is spacious, modern with excellent storage. All the amenities are very close and yet it’s in a quiet location.

Nothing really, although a small microwave would have been helpful.

The location is brilliant the apartment is very spacious.

Alessandra was the most amazing host. She greeted us and showed us around the house. She left us a welcome drink and snacks. She provided us with everything we could need from towels to umbrellas. She has a folder with everything you need to know about Varenna, places to eat and visit as well as ferry timetables. She's always on hand if you need anything. The house is very clean and has all the cooking utensils you need as well as a coffee machine. The jacuzzi and rainfall shower were a lovely addition. Great location, 5 star accommodation in the heart of Varenna

While, thanks to Google maps, the apartment was a little difficult to find at first, Alessandra was available immediately by phone to guide me. The apartment is wonderful! A brief walk to either the station, the ferry, or the lakeshore, it has everything I needed, including that fantastic bath tub! Alessandra was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the extra touches like the snacks and drinks make the apartment really stand out. The apartment is spacious, well-decorated, and has great features beyond the tub, including the towel warming rack. But Alessandra is the real gem here. She went above and beyond to make sure the visit was enjoyable, from providing ferry schedules (in a binder with other information) to helping me navigate a train strike! She is someone who truly knows how to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
