TV not working and not able to accommodate international channels or even connect to smart tv Temperature not able to control No dishwasher Could hear neighbours through the walls Not cozy No value for money considering other offerings Bad communication from owner#rude and not accommodating Cleanliness Toilet in the shower Current ratings are deceiving

I couldn't raise the heating temperature

Very clean and nice place to stay. Everything works fine. But the best of that the owner will respond in seconds even if you want help that is nothing to do with accomodation. Much appritiated.

No cleaner, additional cost for fresh towels

Extremely clean property, comfortable, exceptionally helpful hosts! Perfect location to go skiing and sledding! Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Everything was just perfect. Perfectly used space, every corner used wisely, everything is in perfect order, ammenities like in bug apartment, I liked very much that we had so much space to put our stuff not to be on the floor like in most studios. Fully equiped kitchen, everything is new and stylish, very comfortable beds and pillows, definitelly I am not changing accomodation in Borovets, we will book only this apartment. Location is more than perfect, couldn’t be better. Also the host is very nice and helpfull.

There’s nothing to not like. Just like I said, its small studio but you feel like its big apartment.
