Everything was perfect! The host is very good. Location is perfect!

Everything was perfect

- The apartment itself is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed and the host provided us with a cot for the baby. Rooms are nicely decorated and the balcony is refreshing. - Location is excellent, right behind hotel Rila and the center.

- Hot water was unpredictable and totally missing for the last day. It was big discomfort for us and the baby. - No clear directions for the parking spot and the parking itself is a terrible dark maze with narrow spaces. In the end, we scratched our car while navigating. - Instructions for entry are also a bit complicated, and one needs to go inside and leave the luggage and car on the street. Consider sending instructions in advance.

Large complex of new apartments next to ski area

Entry was complicated. Like getting out of an escape room...

It was warm, clean and central to everything. Lots of space and good facilities.

only really small things, but if these were sorted the apartment would be even better: no plug in the bathroom sink no kitchen bin the duvet was too small for the double bed

the property was very comfortable and well equipped. larger than expected. good location. good value.

gaining access was frustrating. the address was only written in Bulgarian, so I didn’t know where to go. details of accessing the property were not clear before arriving. this could easily be improved. the property was quite cold with no instructions for using the radiators effectively. when put on the highest setting the rooms were still cold.

The apartment was great, very cosy, and had all you needed. Prime position, and the owner was attentive and answered all issues immediately
