Perfect for stay with children. Very close to all you need - 24h shop, swimming pools, ski lifts. Vary nice hosts. Clean and cosy appartment.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in great location.

Two large rooms one room has two small beds which we were able to move to one whole room for lads and one room for the lass of the group, hot water was good lasted until the last day pretty much all the things we needed with a key location next to all the good shops! And close to ski rentals!

The boiler died on the second from last day, and we had no way to fix this and faced cold showers or no shower before a day in the airport! Key handover was limited and dry due to translation (nice enough in person tho) Cooker is deadly as wouldn't turn off and is broken in different ways making both us and function is not safe! (fix for this was to unplug it) could use a few more cooking items as it was hard to cook family meals.

Marian was great and give us all the details to find and enter the apartment. She also kept in touch just in case we needed anything. The apartment was clean and there was a welcome pack for us on arrival. it was nice and warm with thermostatic valves on the rads. The hot water was hot with plenty of it.. Good location with supermarket underneath. Only about 200 meters from the chair lifts.

The front door could have been a bit more robust. it seemed a bit weak and needs a better locking mechanism. Some noise from an idiot downstairs one night but not really an issue for us. Also, bigger newer towels would be good. Noticed that all Borovets apartments were bit pricey compared with previous years....

Location, cleanliness, attention to detail

For 2 couples sharing - the bedroom could have been 2 bedrooms with a proper lounge area in the kitchen instead of single beds. Odd balcony area that was wasted space.

We had a great family stay at Iglika 2. The apartment is very well situated, right in the center of the resort. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It's easy to get to it and also has a very useful underground parking.
