Apartment IVA - Iglika 2

Location - 5 stars, Space - 5 stars, indoors - 3 stars. Generally, a really nice place, perfect for skiing (3m to RIla slope). Inside parking spot is great, ski rentals are available in the building, a well-equipped market is in the building as well.

Inside furniture is a little old and not too many utilities are available. Bathroom is small for a man above 1.75m and 80kg, sink is a little sparkling around water. Longer trips do not have towel change.

Nice apartment, very clean and tidy, the owner respond quickly to my messages, everything was great. The building is very close to the lift.

A comfortable apartment; although small it is suitable for a group of friends. Fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. I would book here again in the future when I come to Borovets.

You can insist on cleanliness; especially under the beds. The exposed areas were clean. We had the misfortune to wait for someone to arrive with the keys, although we had properly announced the arrival - unpleasant when you are after a 7-8 hour journey.

boiler broke down = cold & no hot water - fixed within 24 hrs but one of us had to hang around for mechanic to fix it

nice and warm perfectly located with ski hire below our apartment. definitely recommend I’d come back and stay here!

there is no drop box for you to put the room key at the end of the stay which tbh isn’t a major problem as they will come and collect the keys from you any time of day or night but I’d recommend a key lock box or a drop box or some kind for up and go situations.
