Great location, spacious apartment

Sofa bed was very hard

Sofa bed was awful. Couldn’t sleep on it, dreadful. Apartment was noisey.

Awful bed. Lack of facilities staff at front desk awful, rude, don’t care. Won’t come again

Lovely clean apartment. Comfortable bed, a bit of a walk to town, but down hill coming back... good .. but great stay..👍

Easy access to the slopes and restaurants in borovets

The Wi-Fi was almost unusable the tv kept switching off low or no signal No heating or hot water for a day and a half the owner rejected any complaints saying the hotel management says everything was fine! Didn’t respond to messages until I put it on booking.com page. Had to put the hob on in the morning to warm the room

The elevator wasn't working.

The hotel was clean and warm and well situated in the resort. Our host was friendly and efficient. The chambermaid was a lovely and helpful lady.

There is no pool or spa and the restaurant was permanently closed.
