"Nice resort, incredibly rude reception staff."

Liked having the kitchenette. The hotel was in a quiet location and the apartment was comfortable and fairly well equipped.

The reception lady was exceptionally rude. Not only did she refuse to tell us where the owner had left the key, but she gave us the totally wrong directions to our room, and in an enormous complex like this one, we almost had to drag our 70kg of luggage to the wrong end of the resort. A helpful resident steered us in the right direction.
