La Collina dei Fiori

Traumhaft schöne Lage. Wunderschöne Anlage am Hang mit einem fantastischen Blick, einer freundlichen Gastgeberin Phantastischer Pool, große Räume, guten Betten, sehr ordentlich und gepflegt.

Es gibt in dieser Ortschaft nur einen kleinen Tante-Emma Laden. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Anlage zumindest einen Getränkekühlschrank für die Gäste hat, denn alleine das stellt einen in diesem Bergdorf schon vor eine Hürde. Ausweichen kann man leider nicht, die Terrassen sind sehr offen! Daher wäre es etwas diskreter, wenn diese durch einen Raumteiler getrennt wären falls die Nachbarn auch mal etwas egoistischer sind, leider wie in unserem Falle.

Не сказали что жилье находится в прямом смысле слова под бассейном а в одной из спален перед кроватью три ступеньки,были оборваны обои и вообще не уютно,абсолютно не соответствует цене за которую они сдают, ещё и толпы мелких мурашек по всему номеру.Не рекомендую!!!

Goed verzorgd en netjes alles wat je nodig hebt, maar het uitzicht is geweldig wij zaten in appartement Magnolia

Het zwembad was echt koud!!

Gode køkkenfaciliteter (hvis man ser bort fra ALLE myrerne) Selve byen/lokalområdet er meget hyggeligt og man kan gå nogen gode ture.

Skuffende udeområde (man ser mest hegn og taget foran huset og naboens grund og bassin, og så er det et gennemgangsområde ned til andre lejligheder og legeplads, ej heller indhegnet), virkelig dårlige og MEGET hårde senge, myrer overalt i køkkenet og så var der flere gange en lidt gasagtig lugt i børnenes soveværelse, som kun har udluftning til parkering og poolens maskinrum (virkelig ubehageligt!) Nok den mest upersonlige og midst imødekommende modtagelse, vi nogensinde har fået i Italien.

c'era una sola saponettina da bagno. purtroppo non abbiamo potuto chiederne altre perchè la reception non è sempre aperta. avrei gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo come benvenuto

The view, even though only partial, was amazing. Even better from the pool. The outdoor opportunities were nice.

We had the Magnolia apartment. We opted for this as it has a little front patio and we travelled with a small dog. However, the inside of the apartment was very disappointing. The kitchen had a lot of mold to which our entire family has an allergy too. There was also mold at the kids bedroom window and on the ceiling of the main bedroom, which they tried to paint over. Surprisingly, the bathroom was the only ok room in the house. There is no air conditioning so the nights were not easy. We could not even open the windows much as the apartment is in the basement and a lot of insects would crawl in. We were invaded by ants, spiders and other creepers. We paid 2300 EUR for 8 nights which I now find a complete rip off. We would never come back here.

Location was great. The views from the terrace and children playground were really great. The fact to have children playground was also great as well.

There were two quite hostile threats: The mild one insisted many times on check out before 10:00, and not a single minute later. It is soon but fully acceptable. However, the second threat was much harder: It was a fine of 50€ if you didn't put each garbage on each container. I'm totally agree that garbage MUST be correctly separated, and of course we did, but a threat of economical fine of 50€ is not acceptable in an accomodation.
