Staff was very nice. Great location

The pool is under maintenance and has been for a while. The hotel staff notified the host but he still advertises it as with a pool. That was a big reason we booked it for our boys. The check-in took almost half an hour to find our reservation. The hotel staff was super helpful and nice, but they seem to have communication issues with the host
