"Хорошая квартира, но есть замечания."

Уютная квартира. Очень тёплая. Шума соседей практически не слышно. Имеется все необходимое для проживания на короткий срок. Порадовало наличие полотенца на кухне, салфетки. Также были моющие средства как для стиральной машины, так и для посудомойки. Расположение отличное. До центра минут 15-20 ходьбы. Рядом супермаркет.

Матрас на кровати тонкий и если вам важно удобство, то здесь его нет. Телевизора нет и при запросе, сказали, что не могут предоставить. Хоть в описании наличие тв указано. Что по чистоте, то вообщем было убрано. Не могу сказать, что совсем все плохо, но местами пыль видно, что давно не протирали. Часть посуды пришлось перемыть. Плита индукционная и не хватало адаптера. Так как есть гейзерная кофеварка, но она не подходит и такая же ситуация с маленькими кастрюльками, если надо разогреть допустим молоко.

Gute und sichere Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; sehr gute Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft

Nicht sauber, Bett ok, stand aber in einer Nische ohne Platz auf der rechten und linken Seite; unbequemes Sofa; Ausstattung Geschirr und Bestecke ok, aber ungepflegt; kein TV, obwohl Ausstattung dies ausführte. Keine Erklärung dafür, erst auf Nachfrage. Die nachträgliche Preisreduzierung um 10 Prozent bisher nicht eingegangen.

Very good location, good contact with the manager

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival Dishes in the cupboards were wet, blanket on the bet was sticky from dirt, and I don't think the vacume cleaner was used at all

It was close to old town , shopping and restaurants

There was no TV reception. The bed was awful. . It had a deflated air bed and an old comfoter under the mattress .

Extremely central, big supermarket 5min walk, train and bus station 10min walk, well equiped kitchen.Big bathroom Nice little garden to sit in. Quiet residence no traffic noise.

The garden was overgrown with stinging nettles and dead plants, but I did enjoy doing some gardening it took me a few hours it was the only way to comfortably sit there. See my before and after photos
