Cozy Naugarduko Apartments Close to Vilnius Old Town

The location

Issue with the ceiling lights were reported but nobody came along to sort them out.

Красив и спокоен квартал, апартаментът беше чист и уютен и разполагаше с всичко необходимо (вкл. кухненски уреди, прибори, хавлии, чаршафи и т.н.). Комуникацията с домакина беше ясна, бърза и ефективна. Свързах се с него/нея, понеже първата нощ все още не беше пуснато централното отопление и помолих за радиатор и сешоар, които още на същия ден ми бяха осигурени. Изключително отзивчиво и любезно облсужване.

Единствената ми забележка е, че има допълнителен "градски данък" от по 2 евро за всеки ден престой, който трябва да платиш след резервирането. Мисля, че е по-добре тази сума да бъде добавена към крайната цена в Booking или поне ясно спомената предварително.

Location are close to the old town

Unfortunately, this apartment did not match the photos or our expectations. The space was much smaller than it appeared online, and the overall condition was poor. The apartment was not clean – the sofa was stained and dirty, the curtains were both dirty and far too long, and the sink had not been cleaned properly. Basic essentials were also missing, such as a kitchen towel and hand soap, which made our stay inconvenient. To make matters worse, the temperature inside was extremely cold (around 17–18°C), which made the stay uncomfortable and even caused me to become ill. We frequently rent apartments in different countries and cities, and sadly, this was one of the worst experiences we've had – especially considering we booked it through Booking.com, where we usually have good experiences. This property was far below standard and definitely not worth the price.

Gera lokacija, patogus susisiekimas su centru. Komunikabilus buto savininkas, greitai sprendžiantis problemas.

Labai nuvylė švara. Radau stiklinę , kurią prieš šviesa pakėlus ir pažiurejus buvo likes kažkieno vazelino lupų štampas:) ir stiklinės buvo nešvarios , su vandens likučiais (lašeliais)neišblizgintos ir neišsausintos. Virtuviniai šaukšteliai -taip pat nutaškyti vandeniu, vienas iš šaukštelių neišplautas,likę likučiai nuo kavos ar kažko tais. Kempinė prie kriauklės buvo su kavos tirščių likučiais - aplamai keičiantis klientui turi būti padėta švari nauja kempinė , nes kas čia žino kas buvo valyta su ja ir labai nehigieniška :) Kaip dirbanti apartamentų valymo srityje tikrai nusimanau apie švarą.
