Walking distance to major attractions and it's close to river and parks.

It was a particular cold weekend for mid-May, we couldn't figure out how to heat up the apartment as it was rather cold inside (18-19 °C).

Absolutely amazing property! Had everything in a flat, landlady very good and communicable.

It is an apartment and certainly comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my queries posted via booking. The property has a small cooking area with two hob elements, a kettle, a fridge, a coffee maker and cupboard space with cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses. In the bathroom there is the toilet, a large shower with a small hand-held shower in the shower compartment. There is a washing machine with a sink above. The decor is very nice.

Although the apartment has a metal table and two metal chairs on the outside balcony, the inside is not as well provided for. Inside is a small round table similar in size to the outside table but with only one chair. I didn't risk moving a metal chair from the outside as this could have resulted in damage to the flooring. In short, there needs to be two plastic chairs inside so that during inclement weather (it rained on two occasions during meal times) two people can dine at the same time. While it is indeed a nice apartment, it is somewhat distant from the old town centre as well as being similarly so from the bus station and the train station. There is a property booklet in one of the bedside tables. There is only one issue I would suggest on this and that is better defining of where the rubbish bins are. They are termed as "outside". So I went outside the apartment door and looked around the landing....nothing there. I then thought maybe they are down in the basement parking area....they weren't. Maybe they were out in the street. The visitor will indeed see some bins out in some streets but I was wrong again. I had been out there looking for a lock up since the apartment has a garbage access key. The bins are in a lock up area about 4 metres away on the LHS of the fist locked access gate one navigates when entering the property complex.
