I was very impressed with the kindness and agility of the company that manages the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, the hot water was not working!!! But after sending a message quickly the problem was resolved. Thank you very much for your efficiency, respect and especially your concern for your guests. Note 1000.

The flat is in a new building, facing a nice and quiet courtyard. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, all inside looks new. It's not far to the Gate of Dawn and other attractions but the area around and the way from train station are very dodgy, watch your step if you're walking there.

The shower doesn't drain water, you're standing in 4cm of water within 30 seconds of turning it on. This makes it slippery inside but also water pours out as you move around. Place is clean on the surface but easy to spot the tiles in the bathroom need a wipe down

Very well-maintained apartment that is extremely close to the coach & train stations. There is a coffee shop downstairs attached to the building. It's an easy walk to Old Town and other parts of Vilnius. There is also an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. WiFi worked great.

There was no AC, but the owners left a fan that was very helpful.

Close to train/bus station. Can go to airport easily and in 10 minutes via Bolt.

Need to clear and dispose rubbish but no refuse separation/recycle facility.

It has a very good location. It's calm. It is protected and has a beautiful yard.

it was a very unclean apartment. The floor was dusty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and dust on the tables and furniture. The couch is very dirty. The bathroom also lacked cleanliness. There are no items to clean either. There is really no apartment to match the price.

Everything was superb! I have wonderful and very pleasant time here. Thank You!

When we had troubles with the room, the hostess was not communicative. They were supposed to help us the next morning, but didnt contact all morning, even after texting. We had to call around noon. When she finally sent help we had no warning. We were promised compensation for the trouble but then never received. Ghosted.
