"Pleasant"

There were no hot water due to error in the heater. We informed the staff. They said they will fix it but nobody came. We had to deal by ourselves.

"Superb"

Perfect location very near to grand place

No one is waiting for you to give you apartment key, you have to go to different address (15min walk) to get the keys

"Pathetic and not value for money at all"

I just like the location of property

So many things 1. I got stuck in bathroom as locks are not safe 2. I got stuck in lift and called manager and he was of no help at all and I had figure out ways to help myself 3. I left property 10 days early and they didn’t refund money or compensate all the problems I had 4. And many more problems

"Pleasant"

The owners were quick to respond and active.

The accommodation had constant heating issues. In the last week of my stay, there were no electricity in half of the apartment, which caused for the refrigerator and the boiler to stop working (the result was.: food got spoiled and there was no hot water as well as no heating)
