The location is the only good thing.

The apartment was clean, but the building was horrible. A disgusting smell and everything was dirty, from the stairs to the elevator, and everything you touched was disgusting. It was extremely hot in the apartment, and they don't even have air conditioning. In the end, we chose to pay for another stay at the nearby hotel, and of course, the owners didn't want to refund us anything. A disgusting experience, the hotel was half the price

If the check in is agreed for 4pm, the flat should be ready at 4pm

A very good, central location, close to many EU insitiutions and easily accessible by public transport. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, and with good facilities as described. It provides a good base for city centre work and living.

GIven the location, the street noise is inevitable. Coming into summer there is no air-con in the apartment, and it will prove very warm. Some minor repairs and maintenance are required to keep high standards and provide the value for money.

Space

Property is not clean, doesn’t have balcony, there is kind of smell. Sink is not works properly

There is no doubt that the location is great when you have business to attend to which has connection with the EU institutions. It is also easy to get to a huge park where you can run etc. Furthermore, the contactperson/middleman was quick and helpful.

After living there a month I can say that the appartment really need to be refreshed. You get also the impression that there is a need for a caring person, who thinks about how the appartment functions on a daily basis. I do wonder if there really has not been any tenants before, who have given information about different things which were not optimal etc.

The location is very central. There is a lift in the house. The flat is spacious. The hosts were responsive.

I realized only a few days before our arrival that in order to get info about the flat (how to get keys) we needed to make a deposit of 1000 Euro through a website I had never heard about, but seemed to be legit after some googling. I didn't have a problem, but was something I didn't expect and I wouldn't have chosen the flat if i had realized that this step was necessary. The flat was really warm! I don't understand why.. There were only 3 normal glasses and no normal coffee machine. The oven was dirty. There was an "empty" cigarette underneath the living room table. Everything was just a little bit shabby.. There was a lot of noise from the street during the night so we didnt sleep well. We will not go there again.
