Self contained annexe in the heart of Wedmore

Place was clean and tidy, all the stuff you need

Lovely base while working in the area. Comfortable, very clean. Host very attentive.

Comfortable accommodation in a very pretty village.

We were a little cold, as the host was unable to turn on the radiators for us.

De accommodatie was geweldig: het overtrof onze verwachtingen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Heerlijk bed, ruime badkamer, goede keuken. De gastheer en -vrouw waren heel aardig en er lag een boek vol met tips voor de omgeving. Wedmore heeft ons hart gestolen. Je loopt binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum waar leuke winkeltjes en restaurants zijn. Het was top!

Geen verbeterpunten.

The bedroom space and shower room were beautifully presented. It was a very peaceful, clean and quiet space to return to each day. Wedmore is a lovely, vibrant village to stay in. The annexe is a perfect distance away for peace and quiet, being a 10-12min walk to the centre. It is up a hill and on the edge of the village, which I loved.

The kitchenette is very compact, and the cooking facilities are limited with a two-person breakfast bar. It was fine for my needs and for a short stay. On the up-side, it is far more than I would expect if I were staying in a hotel room. So, in that sense, it was a real bonus!

The accommodation was in a quiet road in a pretty village with places to eat out. It had everything we needed and was much larger than we expected. The weather was warm and dry, so we were able to sit in the private courtyard. There was plenty of storage so we could put our cases in one of the cupboards out of the way. Although there wasn't an oven, there was an airfryer which was useful. There wasn't a sitting room but the bedroom was quite spacious and had an armchair. Because we were out most of the time we were there, it wasn't a problem. If we were visiting the area again we would use the accommodation again.
